Sale of takeaway / delivered dishes by SushiBar.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. SushiBar reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Order online or by phone; payment is made when you receive your order. Takeaway: payment on site at the restaurant, by cash and bank card. Delivery: payment on delivery, by cash, bank card, meal voucher (titre-restaurant) or chèque-vacances.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: provided by the restaurant within its delivery area; availability, estimated lead time and any fees are shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
